Beltane is a day to celebrate fertility, fire, and abundance. It marks the transition point from Spring to Summer on the Wiccan Wheel of the Year. This is a holiday of Union--both between the Goddess and the God and between man and woman. In this pattern the antlers symbolize masculine energy while the cauldron symbolizes feminine energy.
