I have loved the look of this for some time, but was unsure about using dark fabric as my eyes are not what they were. Finally tried it on black linen, and while I had to strain a little more than on lighter fabrics, it was an absolute delight to stitch and got it done in just over a week. Would also work on other colour fabrics, but black or very dark really makes it pop!
The slight variety between colours that are close gives the design a really smooth gradient feel.
I bought the live laugh lobotomy kit about 2 months ago and have finally completed it.(I would have posted this review under the kit but it’s not up at the moment). As my first ever counted cross stitch kit, I couldn’t be happier. It was easy to follow and full of so much information. Thank you so much for a wonderful kit and I can’t wait to frame and hang this up!
